Wonderful trendy boutique property with fast staff with outstanding service. Good pool, parking nearby. This venue offered shuttle too. The hotel of choice in Imerovigli.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the stunning scenery of the caldera. The sunset views were truly unforgettable. The room was immaculate, with no dust or sand in sight. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the property was impressive. I received an unexpected upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast served on my private outdoor patio was delicious. The omelette and Greek yogurt parfait were particularly outstanding. The infinity pool was even better than the pictures online. It was a perfect spot to relax and take in the magnificent views.

Access to the hotel rooms is via the terraces, also for staff and neighbours - privacy hardly possible.

The staff is very friendly, warm and authentic, the view is indescribably beautiful!

The hotel was in a favourable location, close to restaurants and attractions. The place had a contemporary atmosphere.

The location is superb with stunning views across the caldera. It is conveniently close to many attractions and restaurants, allowing for easy exploration of the area. Furthermore, there is a car rental company nearby, making it convenient for guests to explore the island.

The prices at the hotel's restaurants are quite high, particularly at the Sushi restaurant.

In October you would be happy about a heated pool - despite an outside temperature of about 30 degrees! Otherwise there is nothing to complain about!

We loved the stunning caldera view from our room and the infinity pool. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, providing us with great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and we appreciated the twice daily cleaning services. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the crowds when the cruise ships were in port, but still close to some excellent restaurants and attractions.

Brilliant, breath-taking panorama view, unforgettable experience. Educated staffs. Definitely one of best stay in the past. Almost perfect!

Highest season in the island with best view then understand the expensive cost, however still felt overpriced... Also asked them to have late check out, which is meintioned in the website that is possible depdenent on availability. They declined my offer as next guest planned to arrive soon. However even at 18.00 the room was available. I am not sure the guest changed the plan or not..but not good impression anyway. However you would never be dissapointed with the stay there.

Amazing value for money, with a room that was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The location was breathtaking and offered stunning views of the blue sea and white houses along the caldera cliff face. The staff at this Leading Hotel were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and made our stay unforgettable.

Menu for breakfast could be improved to offer more variety and options.

Fabulous. Superb service. Gorgeous property. Incredible views. Individual terrace. Service, Service, Service! And I never do these surveys but Chromata was a wow!

While it did not bother me, the Hotel is on a cliff, so it is full of steps down. 8 to reception, another 6 to my room and 15 more to the pool/restaurant. This is not a hotel for the handicapped or anyone who does not want the "stairmaster experience." But this is also a healthful experience as they don't need a gym!

The staff was excellent, always with a smile on their faces and glad to be of any assisatant whatsoever. The hotel is very beautiful and its facilities wonderful. Very clean and very asthetically pleasing. Our room was No22 and had a great view, very roomy and with a fantastic view from a window overlooking the caldera from the bedroom. The berakfast is simply fantastic and you can chose from a list what you want, served at your balacony. The restuarant has some fantatsic food! is was a delight, best food we ate on the island. We never had to carry any luggage, it was alwys taken care of. We definitly recommend the place and would gladly go back.

Some minor details, The room could use an additional mirror, besides the one in the bathroom, as well as a small garbage can besides the one in the bathroom. (other rooms seem to have this, not ours) It was never an issue though and we never complained about it. Hotel should post a private sign on its entrance from another hotel (has more than one) as lost tourists kept finding their way to our room. But that seems to be the case everywhere in Santorini.

The hotel is a trendy boutique with spotless rooms and accommodating staff. The room I stayed in had magnificent views of the caldera. The onsite restaurant had a wide range of delicious food options.
